Being shared on behalf of the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for Eye Health and Visual Impairment :-
We would welcome your views and experiences. Your input will help inform the APPG’s understanding of how digital care services can be made more accessible for blind and visually impaired people, and inform a short APPG position summary, setting out clear, actionable recommendations.

The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. We are seeking input from blind and visually impaired people, clinicians, accessibility specialists, advocacy groups and NHS policymakers on how blind and visually impaired people currently navigate digital healthcare, and where improvements could be made.

This survey focuses particularly on the NHS App and how it could better support visually impaired people. Findings will be used to identify key barriers and opportunities for improving digital inclusion in eye care and to inform the APPG’s recommendations.

We would be delighted if you could complete the questionnaire by 5pm on Friday 3rd July 2026.
