Whilst this book club is free to attend, we ask that you please book your space via the link in our bio as there is only limited space in the venue.

Open to our fabulous q***r community and allies, this is a safe space to come and enjoy everything about books. Whether you are a seasoned reader or regular book group attendee.

Each month there will be a new book (chosen by a group vote) for the group to read where we can follow up next month to have discussions and socialise with our fellow book lovers.

You can pick up the book at RED LION BOOKS l Indie bookshop who are supporting pride and provide a discount for book club members on that month’s book.

Celebrate Pride Month with us at The Bowling Green, Lower Castle Park, for a chilled family friendly afternoon.

All are welcome, so come along and celebrate with the LGBTQIA+ Community. Bring your own picnic and we will provide the space for a fun afternoon of celebrations.

Pack a picnic and come join us for some outdoor fun at this family friendly event on Sunday 21nd June!

We can’t wait to welcome you and aim to make this a lovely day to make new friends and meet other members of the community.

So grab a blanket, make some sandwiches, and join us at the Bowls Green, Lower Castle Park, Colchester, 12pm to 3pm.

Colchester Pride will be accepting donations as part of this event towards the cost of running Colchester Pride 2026. However, contribution is not mandatory and will in no way limit a prospective attendee’s ability to book and attend. This is a community focused event for the LGBTQ+ community in line with Colchester Pride’s organisational goals and principles.

Thank you to Colchester Borough Homes who will be bringing some games and activities to get stuck in with! We’ll see you there.

We’re so excited to announce that the wonderful will be hitting the Larkin Stage for Colchester Pride 2026!

Aria is a homegrown talent who’s taken their talent to Pride stages across the country and we can’t wait for her to bring her best to this year’s event.

Do you enjoy board games? Or are you interested in meeting more people from the LGBTQ+ community? Then come join Colchester Pride at the Dice and a Slice Café for a very informal evening of chat and Ga(y)mes!

We are thrilled to be partnering with Dice and a Slice to offer this FREE monthly event to our community!

We know not everyone in the community wants to go to pubs/clubs etc so we are aiming to bring you a variety of events where you can meet new friends and connect with the vibrant LGBTQ+ folk we have here in Colchester. However you identify on the LGBTQ+ spectrum, we are here to provide you a safe, welcoming and fun space!

There won’t be set games to play, it will be decided on people’s interests on the night.
