We celebrated mental health Day at the Boaz Project Community Fridge, rounded up with a presentation by one of our colleagues on how food is massively linked to mental health and wellbeing. Thought board was signed by those willing and care packages given out. Mental wellness is one of our priority, that is why we put anti-Opressive practice at the fore front of what we do.

Combination of regular fitness workout and healthy meals, enables sustainable healthy lifestyle. It was a fantastic session with women in the community. Great to partner with Colchester Community Supermarket for the healthy meals part and vouchers for fruit and vegetables. Thanks to City Council and Colchester Borough Homes.

Sessions are free for women localy to join.

Are you looking to be fit, keep fit or simply connect? This fitness group is open to women of different abilities. It takes place twice a week at Enoch House in Greenstead. It is a safe space where women can exercise, peer led. We also share good cooking and nutrition ideas. Attendees receive £2.50 vouchers which they can use on fruit and vegetables at Colchester Community Supermarket. Contact details on the flyer.
