It was great to recieve the representative of this wonderful local organisation.

We went to visit the amazing Boaz Project/Outreach and had an insight into the amazing work they do in the community. Their work is focused particularly on tackling food poverty, food waste, social isolation and wellbeing in the local community.

It was a really productive session this morning having conversations with families and young people about apprenticeship. A lot of inquisitive bright minds in the room. Thank you to nut Colchester for thier help with the session. CIC.

A very good way to use any type of vegetables in your home/frigde. Not only is this recipe cost effective, it is versatile and yummy.

These are some of the faces of those who give thier time and resources to help, support and serve others in our community. Beyond their volunteering roles these people know, care and genuinely look after those around them. We celebrate and thank you all, including those not in the pictures. 👏👏👏

We celebrated mental health Day at the Boaz Project Community Fridge, rounded up with a presentation by one of our colleagues on how food is massively linked to mental health and wellbeing. Thought board was signed by those willing and care packages given out. Mental wellness is one of our priority, that is why we put anti-Opressive practice at the fore front of what we do.
