This week at SewTogether we are having a sew along! These festive quilted squares can be used as a pot holders or place mats as they have a heat resistant layer in the middle. Then it’s off to celebrate at the Barnt Green Inn for lunch. If you fancy joining us next term, we have some spaces available on Tuesday afternoons. For those requesting Saturday sewing, our first session will be 11th November. 10-4 pm. Come along and meet other local sewists! At SewTogether we don’t only make stuff for ourselves!! This soft toy was specially requested by a young relative and was much appreciated. We have also had some requests for a Saturday session for those who would like to meet like minded local sewists in the area. If there is enough demand we have pencilled Saturday 11th November in the diary. If you would like a day of sewing, with all the perks of SewTogether including overlockers and sewing machines to borrow, pattern swap (uncut only), pressing facilities and tea and coffee, then join us at Cofton Village Hall from 10-4 pm. Prebooking essential. Cost £25. Bring a packed lunch and your own project to work on. Ideal for those who have fabric and a pattern just waiting to go, or come and finish off that project that’s not quite done!
