Codsall Village Hall Codsall Village Hall is a community venue & registered charity with facilities to suit most needs. There is a regular bus service from Wolverhampton to Codsall.

Codsall Village Hall, built in 1963, is conveniently situated on Wolverhampton Road, the main road through the village, and is easily accessible. It is approximately 5 miles (15 minutes drive) from Wolverhampton City Centre and can easily be reached by car coming from either the A449 Fordhouses, or the A41 Tettenhall and Perton. Hall and Stage
The main hall has a stage at one end

and a bar at the other. It has a capacity to seat 180 people theatre-style, or 100 people at tables. Suitable for everything from presentations to wedding receptions. The stage is able to accommodate DJ equipment with plenty of room to spare. There is a stage door coming off the main corridor allowing access to the back of the stage. Lounge
Attached to the main Hall, and accessed by folding doors and a step, is the Lounge. This has comfortable seating and looks out over the field. At one end is a small kitchen. It has its own male and female toilets. A toilet for people with disabilities is situated off the Lounge. Bar
Off the Main Hall is a small bar serving everything from spirits to soft drinks. Please ask for more information on this facility. Kitchen
A large preparation kitchen is situated across the corridor from the Hall. It is equipped with a range cooker with two electric ovens and six gas burners, a tall refrigerator and chiller cabinet and plenty of work surfaces. However, it is not intended to be used as a professional cooking area. Pavilion
Overlooking the sports pitches is a large Pavilion. Recently extended to accommodate over 50 people, it has its own refrigerator, sink and microwave oven. This room is suitable for children's parties, meetings and rehearsals. This room is also is perfect for viewing the cricket matches and has a newly built patio area enhancing the facility.

Have a laugh. Support Charlie’s. Support the village.

On Friday 18th September, Codsall Village Hall is hosting a fantastic night of live stand-up comedy — and there’s an even better reason to come along.

Following the recent fire at Charlie’s Bar, which has caused extensive damage and left a much-loved local business facing a major refurbishment, Codsall Village Hall will be donating all profits from the Comedy Night to Charlie’s Bar.

The village has already shown incredible support for Charlie’s, with local businesses, groups and residents all doing their bit to help.

Now it’s our turn.

For just £10, you can enjoy five comedians, a bar, a great night out — and help raise money to get Charlie’s back on its feet.

Bingo's back at Codsall Village Hall this Friday 18th September, doors open 1.30pm.

It's over 18s only, £3 for a ticket book for the afternoon, and raffle tickets are 50p. Refreshments will be on sale too.

All our raffle prizes are donated, so if you've got something you could bring along to add to the prize table, we'd really appreciate it.

Codsall Historical Society are back on September 15th with a talk from Mike Haynes called Why Are Carrots Orange, the Strange History of Food and Power. It's £5 for visitors and free for members, and promises to be a fascinating look at where our food really comes from and the surprising conflicts behind it. Ever wondered why carrots are orange, why peppers aren't peppery, or who actually invented fish and chips? Mike will be digging into all of that and more. The talk starts at 7.45pm at Codsall Village Hall, so grab a seat and come along for an evening of food history you didn't know you needed.

Chair yoga sessions are running every Wednesday afternoon at Codsall Village Hall from 2 till 3pm, just £8 per session with free on site parking. It's a gentle, supportive class designed for the over 50s, using a chair for support so there's no floor work involved, just you and a chair. Each session helps improve flexibility, build strength and boost balance, while also being a lovely way to reduce stress and meet new people. Fancy a spooky night out? Codsall Village Hall is hosting Halloween Pringo on Friday 30th October, tickets just £3.00 through www.jumblebee.co.uk/pringo30oct2026. The hall will be decked out for Halloween and there's a fancy dress competition on the night, so dust off your costume if you fancy taking part. Doors open at 6.30pm with bingo starting at 7.30pm, and DJ Ronnie will keep the party going with a disco once the bingo wraps up. Grab your tickets early and come along for bingo, a disco and plenty of Halloween fun.

Great news for anyone who loves to dance, there's now an extra Zumba session at Codsall Village Hall. Karina has added a Tuesday class from 10 to 11am, which is a Zumba Gold session, alongside the existing Monday evening class from 7 to 8pm and the Thursday Zumba Gold session also at 10 to 11am. Whether you're after a high energy Monday night workout or a gentler Zumba Gold class to start your day, there's now more chance to get involved.
