🎤🎶 Karaoke Disco Fun at the ASN club 💃🕺

Our Karaoke Disco is getting busier every time, with more people joining us for an evening full of fun, laughter and music! 🥳

After catching up with friends and enjoying a round of bingo, it was time to grab the mic, hit the dance floor and show off those singing and dancing skills! 🎤✨ A fantastic day!

A huge thank you to everyone who joins us - these photos are from Friday, 9th October. Today's Karaoke/Disco starts at 11am and ends at 2pm at Old Monkland Community Centre in Coatbridge.

Here are some lovely photos from last Thursday’s cookery class (8th October)! 🍋

Everyone got creative, making delicious lemon cakes and spooky pastry ghosts and spiders using hot dogs and Quorn dogs. 👻🌭🕷️

Everything looked amazing, and we had some fantastic Halloween-inspired creations! 👏🎉

⚠️ ASN CLUB 📣
Please be aware that the club will be closed on Tuesday 29th September and Wednesday 30th
September as we do not have access to the community centre on those days - we are open as usual every other day that week. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

We will see you on Monday 28th September and Thursday 1st October as usual! 💙

Popped into the ASN Social Club yesterday and found lots of happy faces! Cheesy naan bread and Nutella rolls were a massive hit all round! 🥖🍫 A huge thank you to everyone who came along and made it such a brilliant day.

Our ASN Social Club runs Monday to Friday for adults with additional support needs. Come to socialise, be part of a wonderful community and take part in our activities!

📌 What you need to know:

Please come along with your own support worker, carer, or guardian. If you require support in any way, it is important that a carer comes with you (all carers attend completely free!).

Independent visitors: If you are fully independent and do not require any support, you are welcome to come on your own.

💙Open to everyone: You do not need to be supported by Empower Care Scotland to attend our club days - everyone is welcome!

We accept cash payments on arrival.

ASN Adults Club - A mix of photos from some of our recent club days. Thank you so much to everyone who comes along and makes our ASN Club so wonderful.

Our ASN Club is open to any adult with Additional Support Needs. You do not need to be receiving support from a specific care company, organisation, or service to attend.

Adults with ASN are welcome to attend independently where appropriate, or with their own support worker, carer, family member, or guardian. If any support is needed we ask that you please come with a carer/guardian.

A little look at some of our recent Adults ASN Club days! 💙📸

A huge thank you to everyone who has joined us at the clubs so far. It has been wonderful meeting so many new faces and seeing friendships grow along the way! 🥰

Our Adults ASN Club is a welcoming space to socialise, meet new people and get involved in fun activities.

The club is open to any adult with additional support needs, and support workers and guardians are welcome to attend free of charge.

A huge thank you from everyone at Empower Care Scotland Ltd to Derek and the team at Cubis Castles/ Bouncy Castle Hire, and to John and the team at McNairns Coaches, for their fantastic support with our Friendly Faces programme over the summer!

Your help made such a difference and helped us create some lovely experiences for the families who took part. We really appreciate your generosity and support. 🙌

We’d also like to say a heartfelt thank you to all the parents and guardians who applied for the programme. We were absolutely inundated with interest, which was wonderful to see!

We’re sorry that we weren’t able to respond to every application individually, but please know how much we appreciated the interest and support.

Thank you again to everyone who helped make Friendly Faces a success! 🌟
