A Standard Tram 21 and a Cunarder Tram in the background alongside a Fairfield electric loco at the junction of Govan Rd and Elder St in August 1957. The Glasgow tram system had a unique track gauge of 4 ft 7¾ to allow railway wagons to use the tracks.
