I'm so sorry but there's NO class tonight. I'm still at Ophthalmology in Hairmyres to get an abscess behind my eye checked and they're running 4 hours behind, I was supposed to be seen at 2pm. I'm so sorry to mess you all around.

We're all hoping and praying that 11 years of hard work doesn't have to come to an end. 💛

A Lanarkshire charity, providing opportunities in the creative arts for those with additional support needs, is devastated as it faces closure 😥

Due to a lack of funding, the future of Shining Stars ASN Theatre School is uncertain, with founder, Katie Slavin, saying the loss would be "devastating" for families who rely on the service 💔

The Coatbridge charity provides inclusive drama, musical theatre, dance, creative arts and social opportunities for children, young people and adults with additional support needs. And for many families, it is far more than a theatre school, it is a "lifeline", the team say 🎭

Huge thank you to Eagle Inn for emptying our charity tin and raising £60 & to Hugh Black & Sons Butchers Coatbridge for emptying their tin and raising £123 for us at Shining Stars.

What a fantastic day yesterday at our first 12 hour danceathon 🪩🕺🏼. Can't wait till the next one.

Huge well done to all of our dancers who came along yesterday - I hope everyone's not too sore today.

Massive thank you to everyone who has sponsored so far, and to those who have handed back their sponsor forms.

Another huge thank you to our work experience pupil we had all of last week. What an absolute superstar she was. A credit to herself, her parents and her school. We hope to see you back & good luck with everything you do and hope to achieve in the future 💛.
