On Wednesday, Dragonfly made use of a sunny day and carried out a science investigation to explore how shadows can show the Earth’s rotation. Every hour we went outside, drew around our shadows, and measured how they changed. We noticed that the shadows grew shorter as it got closer to midday, then longer again in the afternoon. This helped us see how the Sun appears to move across the sky during the day, giving us evidence that the Earth is turning

Great time was had by all at the NWLSSP dodgeball competition this afternoon. - but not too high in dodgeball otherwise the other team catch it😜

It's that time of year folks! Our Christmas Fair on the 28th November 6pm-8pm. Please come and join us and help our fab PTA raise money for our school. Cash needed for entrance fee and the children's stalls but we can take card payments for refreshments and raffle.
