🚧 Roadworks Notice – Faifley Road, Clydebank 🚧

As part of the Capital Resurfacing Programme, WDC Roads will be carrying out resurfacing works on Faifley Road, from Waulking Mill Road to Craigpark Street.

📅 Start date: Monday 1st June 2026
⏳ Duration: Approximately 2 weeks (12th June)

To allow these works to be safely completed, Faifley Road will be closed for the duration of the project.

Looking at refreshing your trustee skills, WDCVS are running a series of training courses throughout 2026

We have space available on our Improving Chairing Skills training next week Wednesday 4th February.

Keeping your skills and knowledge up-to-date is important and our skills and training programme has been designed to help community and third sector organisations across West Dunbartonshire, do just that.

We as a community council have decided to buy two pavement grit spreaders due to the council budget cuts pavements are no longer get gritted by West Dunbartonshire Council.

Our pavements spreaders will be delivered on Monday so in future we will be going out as a community and treating our pavements to help keep our community saver.

We will be looking for volunteers to help treat the pavements if you would be willing to help please send a message over we have 4 volunteers so far
