💤World Sleep Day💤

💜Changing our habits can be difficult and frustrating, so remember to be kind to yourself.

🪷Start with small steps to better sleep. Maybe it's time to start that spring clean and focus on making your bed room a calming space.

📵You could start by simple making your bedroom a technology free zone.

👂World Hearing Day🦻

👩‍⚕️Girls with TS are more prone than others to middle ear infections, and recurrent infections can lead to deafness if not promptly treated. A consultation with an ear, nose and throat [ENT] specialist would be helpful.

🎧"By 2030, over 500 million people are expected to have disabling hearing loss requiring rehabilitation.
Over one billion young people face the risk of permanent hearing loss due to prolonged exposure to loud sounds during recreational pastimes such as listening to music and video gameplay." - www.worldhearingday.org

💜Try to be mindful of how loud you play your music and remember to book in for your regular hearing checks.
