I have spoken to some playgroup mums about this over the last couple of weeks, so here are the details. Feel free to ask me about it at playgroup tomorrow or message Emma at Activation Health

Do you ever feel like you've lost a bit of yourself in motherhood?
Between looking after the kids, managing the house, returning to work, and everything else that life throws at you, it's easy to end up at the bottom of the list.

I'm looking to bring my FINDING ME - more than just 'mum' wellbeing workshop to Whalley/ Clitheroe, a space for women with children under 5 to take some time for themselves, reconnect with who they are and focus on their own wellbeing.

Across 6 relaxed and supportive sessions, we'll explore:

🌿 Building confidence and self esteem

🌿 Managing stress and everyday challenges

🌿 Reconnecting with yourself and what matters to you

🌿 Connecting with others and sharing experiences

📍 Whalley/ Clitheroe

🗓️ Monday's (date to be confirmed)

💚 £150 for 6 sessions

👶🏼 Children welcome, or come alone

I'm currently gathering interest to see if there's enough demand to run the group. There's no commitment at this stage, just get in touch to register your interest or find out more.

If this sounds like something you'd enjoy, or you know someone who might benefit, send me a message on here or using the details on the flyer.

Please share to help me reach all local mums! 💚
