Lovely time spent paddleboarding and crabbing with our young people today ☀️🌊 Clevedon Marine Lake The young people love being on the water, learning to paddleboard and having fun with their friends, thank you Supway Hire 😊 and although no luck with the crabs today, they did manage to find a jellyfish 🪼

We love our lake, and made sure to take our rubbish home with us ❤️

A great time was had at yesterdays Year 6 leavers session ☀️ there was lots of excitement around the solar eclipse, and so we made lots of pinhole tube viewers to be able to witness the event safely 🌘 😊, We kept cool with 'ice eggs', made our own bubble wands, painted and made more disco snails, this time with gems and floral arrangements included 🐌💐, badminton, dodge ball and spent time with friends 😀

For those unable to attend next week, good luck with your first day at secondary school, we wish you all the best in your next adventure! We hope to see you at our Year 7 after school club in September - Wednesdays 3.30- 5pm.

For those attending the last session, we will see you next week! ✨️

So much happening in Today's Year 6 leavers Transition group! We had amazing tie dye creations- feel free to email in photos of the finished product! We would love to see 😁, a family of disco snails made from clay, made cupcake ice creams and pizza swirls, played badminton, pool, mini golf game, giant dobble and sweet pong! A great time was had! ☀️
We also need to say a big thank you to our Young Volunteers that have supported the sessions this week and last, and have been on hand to answer questions about starting secondary school- you are superstars! ✨️

A small group of our young people joined our youth workers for an afternoon of painting clay Café Clay a lovely relaxing session, creating these beautiful pieces! Can't wait to see them after they've been in the kiln!

It was first year 6 leavers transition group of the Summer today! ☀️The young people enjoyed roller skating, making rocky road, arts and crafts and sensory slime and jelly bath! It was lovely to meet some new faces, already looking forward to next week 😊

Holiday Activities at Clevedon YMCA for adults with learning disabilities this summer. All welcome at the lunch club where a generous two course meal is great value at £4.00 (the menu will be on the door soon!)
