We are thrilled to share that the Petteril Community Panel at the Cumberland Council has funded £3000 towards our Youth focused project, called Journey Together, here at Spiral!

A huge thanks to the the folks at Carlisle College and Carlisle Youth Zone for supporting us to get this project running!

This funding will help us run game nights across multiple locations, offering young people a safe, supportive space to devlop confidence, social skills and emotional resilience through the tabletop roleplaying game Dungeons & Dragons. This project gives young people a non judgemental, creative environment where they can build friendships, explore social situations in a safe place and develop key skills like teamwork, communication and problem solving skills along with many more benefits, speak to anyone who has played Tabletop RPGs and they can attest to the benefits they offer!

As a side note, if anyone in or around has any D&D things they would like to donate to the project such as dice, dice and mainly dice 🎲, please send us a message!
