A few years ago, Grace arrived at The CIP Project carrying pain, walls around her heart and a deep longing to feel safe, seen and connected again.

She didn’t come pretending to have it all figured out. She came as she was. Honest. Open. Willing.

Over time, something began to change.
Not overnight.
Not through perfection.
But through connection, community and the courage to keep showing up.

Today, Grace now stands as one of our Space Holders, helping support others on their own journey back to themselves. Watching people rise from survival into leadership will always be one of the most powerful parts of this work.

This is what becomes possible when people are given a safe space to heal, to feel and to reconnect.

29th–31st May we gather again in Devon for:

The Lover Within
Connection is Medicine ❤️

A weekend for those feeling the call to slow down, reconnect to themselves, open their hearts and remember they are not alone.

Expect:
– Connection circles
– Breathwork
– Cold water therapy
– Sweat lodge
– Deep conversations
– Nature
– Brotherhood & sisterhood
– A safe space to just be human

Grace will be there alongside our team helping hold the space.

If something in your heart feels called to this work, we would love to welcome you.

Facilitation Training

This is a 4-month journey beginning in May, starting with The Lover.

It’s for those ready to step forward and hold space for others in a real and responsible way.

Entry is only for those who have completed all four archetype workshops — The Lover, The Magician, The Warrior, and The King. We believe you can only meet someone as deeply as you have met yourself.

For those who have completed the four workshops in previous years, there is an opportunity to return and gain your certification.

Led by Michael Maisey — best-selling author and TEDx speaker — this training is built on lived experience, not theory, drawing on years of work across prisons, schools, and communities across the UK and Ireland.

You’ll be trained in breathwork, emotional processing, somatic and relational work, alongside the practical side — including safeguarding, running events, and how to put the right foundations in place with policies, procedures, insurance, and disclaimers.

This is one of the most in-depth facilitation trainings currently available.

There is a certification at the end for those who meet the required standard, with the opportunity to step into the CIP team or take this work out into the world from a grounded place.

💛 Bursary Applications are OPEN 💛

In a world where more and more people are trying to profit from other people’s suffering, we chose a different path.

At The CIP Project, we never want money to be the reason someone misses out on this work. Through donations from people who believe in what we do, we’re able to offer support to those who cannot afford to pay.

No one at CIP gets paid. We all give our time because we believe in it, and every member of the team has come through the work themselves.

We know what it’s like to need support and not have the means to access it. So if cost is a barrier for you, just apply, be honest about your situation, and we’ll do our best to support you.

What matters most is that the people who need this work get the opportunity to step into it.

Some of the most beautiful people I’ve met aren’t the ones chasing attention…

They’re the ones who have been through it.

The ones who have known defeat.
Who have sat in the struggle.
Who have felt pain most people will never understand.

And instead of letting it harden them… they chose to grow from it.

They use what they’ve been through to help others.

Not for money.
Not for recognition.

But because they remember what it felt like to suffer…
and they don’t want anyone else to feel alone in that place.

That’s real beauty to me.

At CIP, this is the work.

Real people. Real stories. Real change.

And if you’re walking that path right now… I want you to know, you’re not alone. 🤍

This is Deejay.

Referred to us through probation. A man who had gone down a path many don’t come back from.

Today, he’s living a completely different life — not just for himself, but helping others do the same through his own business.

This is why we do this work.

Because we’ve seen it, time and time again…
These methods don’t just sound good — they work.

No matter how far someone feels they’ve gone, no matter how stuck things seem, change is possible.

Not overnight. Not without effort.
But it is possible.

Deejay is proof of that.

We’ve got upcoming events where you can experience this work for yourself.

I just want to take a moment to say thank you.

To everyone who showed up to our one-day workshop in London… thank you for your openness, your courage, and your willingness to step into the work. I’ve heard how powerful the day was, and it means a lot to know these spaces are continuing to support people in a real way.

This is what The CIP Project is all about.

Real people, coming together.
Dropping the mask.
Having honest conversations that most of us avoid.

Because the truth is, nothing gets resolved in isolation.

Since 2018, we’ve supported thousands of people across the UK—from prisons to schools to our retreat centre in Devon—and it all comes back to one simple truth:

Connection is the medicine.

If something in you is reading this and feeling that pull… trust it.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, carrying something heavy, or just know there’s more in you—this is your invitation.

Come and experience it for yourself.

Our next events are now open, including one-day workshops and full weekend experiences.

And if there’s someone in your life who needs this work, send this to them. Most people find us through someone they trust.

This could be the moment something shifts.

Change is possible.

There is a part of every human being that longs to feel deeply, love fully, and live with an open heart.

Carl Jung spoke about the Lover archetype — the part of us connected to passion, presence, creativity, and connection.

In this one-day workshop in London, we will explore how the Lover lives within each of us, and how reconnecting with this part of ourselves can bring more depth, meaning, and connection to our lives.

Open to men and women who feel called to explore themselves more deeply.

At CIP, we believe we can only meet someone as deep as we have met ourselves.

That’s why every single facilitator on our team has completed our program. They’ve walked the path, sat in the circles, faced their own truth, and done the work we now offer to others.

We believe in the power of lived experience.

Not theory. Not spiritual buzzwords. Not dressing up for a performance. Not fake titles of leader, guru or shaman. Not just fancy words to sell tickets on social media.

We’re talking about real people, real change, real conversations about difficult things, not just fluff and thrills to look good.

Because we can’t guide someone to a place we’ve never been.

And neither should anyone else.

Winter Warriors 2026 ❄️

It was minus 3 at points this weekend.

Frost on the ground in the mornings. The cold woke you up quickly.

We sat in the sweat lodge. We stepped into cold water.
We moved our bodies when every part of them wanted to stop.

Pushed to our edges — mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.

Not to be broken. To meet the parts of our selves that seek comfort or the easy way out. We do this to build resilience to life and become grateful for the things we take for granted.

Congratulations to everyone who took part in Winter Warriors 2026.
