The Hub@Gladstone Buildings is a unique community hub in Clay Cross which offers a variety of facilities, services and events. Located in the historic Gladstone buildings, The Hub was the original house and factory of George Kenning. The Hub has a community reading lounge, baby sensory room, rentable office space, conference facilities and meeting/training room facilities. Our onsite tea rooms are

open Wednesday to Friday and are also available to book for private functions with full catering. We also have our own Charity shop onsite which sells high quality Pre-loved ladies clothing, footwear and accessories.

Whether you came along for a cuppa, a slice of cake, or simply a chat, it was wonderful to people enjoying each other’s company in such a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

We received a number of enquiries and had informed people that the room had been taken. However, the prospective tenant has unfortunately had to withdraw, meaning this fantastic space is back for rent!
