🎉 A huge thank you to the Morrisons Foundation for their generous £2,000 grant to support our Digital Connect project! 💻📱

Through Digital Connect, our team offers free digital skills training to residents of North East Derbyshire and Bolsover. 🙌

Our 8-week sessions help people get online with the basics - and that can mean so many different things:

✅ Learning how to use a touchscreen
📧 Sending an email to a loved one
📞 Video calling a grandchild abroad
💳 Managing finances online for the first time

But skills alone aren't enough without the right device. 📲 Thanks to this grant, we've been able to purchase new tablets and mobile phones to loan - and ultimately gift - to our service users, helping them stay connected for the long term. 🌟

ℹ️ Been sacked? You may have more rights than you think.

🌟 This , we want to shine a light on one of our incredible volunteers - ✨Simon✨

Before joining us, Simon was feeling isolated and withdrawn after a difficult period with his mental health, actively avoiding contact with others.

Here's what he has to say:
