Does anxiety affect you or your child? 💭💛

Our free Managing Anxiety programme is designed to help parents and carers understand anxiety and develop practical strategies to manage their own anxiety and/or support their child.

Over 9 weeks, we’ll explore:
✨ What anxiety is and how it affects our thoughts, feelings, body and behaviour
✨ How to interrupt the anxiety cycle
✨ Challenging negative thoughts
✨ Practical ways to manage the physical effects of anxiety
✨ Strategies you can use at home with your family
