Did you know Flu is going around already!
Some people are quite poorly.

Just a reminder How we can stay safe

• Wash our hands with soap and water.
• Cough or sneeze into a tissue.
• Put the tissue in the bin.
• Wash our hands again.
• Try not to touch our face.
• Stay away from people who are ill.
• Rest at home if we feel unwell.

Flu jab

• The flu jab can help stop us getting very ill.
• It is free for people with a learning disability.
• You can get it at your GP or pharmacy.

If you need help

Call your GP or NHS 111.
For those who attend cadows you can come and ask us about how you can get a flu jab the link below explains a little more about flu and what we can do to stay well .
