👠✨ CINDERELLA AUDITIONS ✨👠

The search is on for the cast of our next pantomime!

Get ready for a hilarious, magical and spectacular production of Cinderella, packed with comedy, music, dancing, audience participation, larger-than-life characters and plenty of traditional pantomime fun! 🎭✨

We’re looking for performers to join us across principal roles, comedy roles, dancers and ensemble, with opportunities for performers of different ages and experience levels.

Whether you’ve been performing for years or you’re looking to step onto the stage for the very first time, we want to meet you!

🎭 What we’re looking for:
🎤 Singers
💃 Dancers
😂 Comedy performers
🎬 Actors
✨ Enthusiastic ensemble performers

You don’t have to be perfect — we’re looking for personality, confidence, commitment and a love of performing!

Expect plenty of laughter, a few surprises and, of course, some good old-fashioned pantomime chaos! 👠😂

📅 Pre-auditions: Monday 14th September, Friday 18th September!
📅Auditions: Monday 21st September!

🎉✨ Happy Birthday, Sam! ✨🎉

From everyone at Clacton Musical Productions, we’d like to wish our brilliant technical team member, Sam, a very happy birthday! 🥳🎂

Sam has been a huge part of the CMP team behind the scenes, bringing our productions to life through lighting and sound. He’s worked on the lighting for Snow White and Frozen, and we’re thrilled to have him back on the lighting desk for our upcoming production of Cinderella! 💡👠

He also worked alongside Ellis on sound for High School Musical, showing just how versatile and reliable he is when it comes to making our shows happen.

And speaking of Cinderella… Sam has already been getting into character preparation! 👀👠 During a recent Disney Cruise, he got the chance to meet Cinderella herself! We’re taking that as a very good sign for the upcoming panto! 😂✨

Thank you for everything you do for CMP, Sam. Your hard work, technical knowledge and dedication behind the scenes are hugely appreciated, and we’re incredibly lucky to have you as part of the team ❤️

🏆 WE WON OUR CATEGORY AT CLACTON CARNIVAL! 🎉❄️

The magic was well and truly alive on the streets yesterday! We had an absolute blast celebrating with everyone at the parade, and taking home 1st place in our category was the ultimate cherry on top! ☺️☃️
