Happy Thursday everyone!

Lovely weather for going down to our community gym from 9.00-14.30.

We have our session for children in home education from 10.15-11.15.

As the sessions get quieter, we get ready to start up lots of activities amd sessions for the summer and for the start for the school term in September.

Happy Friday everyone!

Today weather looks like it is going to nice and bright☀️

Great excuse to get yourself down to our community gym from 9.00-14.30 to get thaf last bit of training in before the weekend💪

The Seconds Out Academy of Youth C.I.C have a couple sessions today,

We have our Seconds Out SEND session from 15.30-16.30. If you know anyone that are 16+ and are apart of the SEND community, get them down to our Seconds Out Gym for our new session with our friendly staff and participants for some boxing fitness for all abilities.

We also have our final BoxSmart session of the programe in Harwich from 16.00-17.15 where they will be awarded their ASDAN awards, which look great on their CV for when they later on in life go for jobs.

As programes start to come to a close, we get ready to start up new sessions over the summer to help us as a community get closer.

We are really excited to be able to share what we have to offer soon.👀

Happy Thursday everyone!

Get yourself out the rain and down to our community gym, open from 9.00-14.30.

Today we have a few things happening,

We start off from 10.15-11.15 at our Seconds Out Gym hosting a boxing fitness session for children that are in home education.

Later on in the day we have Market Field College down at our community gym getting the work in with their students from 13.00-14.00.

Later on in the day, our representitives are down in Colchester for our final session of the BoxSmart program with Active Essex Foundation, where the participants will earn themselves an ASDAN award. This looks great on their CV for when they later on go amd apply for jobs.

It is great to see that we are starting to get busier and approach more opportunities to work with the community❤️
