We’re delighted to introduce the Church Stretton Rotary Community Fund — a brand new way for us to support and strengthen our local community.

This fund will offer grants to charities, community groups, and even individuals across Church Stretton and the surrounding villages. If you’ve got a great idea that could make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you!

• Health & mental wellbeing
• Environmental initiatives

The fund can also provide match funding, helping you unlock even bigger opportunities and additional resources.

Picture the perfect start to Christmas Eve… ✨
Excited children wrapped up snug against the winter chill, the comforting aroma of mulled wine warming the air, and a beautifully decorated Christmas Tree glowing with twinkling lights. Local musicians fill the Square with much-loved carols and festive favourites, inviting everyone to join in and sing their hearts out.

No — this isn’t a scene from a Christmas card or a festive film.
This is Christmas Eve in Church Stretton 🎄

Church Stretton Rotary warmly invite you, your family, friends and neighbours to gather around the Christmas Tree on Christmas Eve and share in this joyful community tradition — the perfect way to begin the Christmas celebrations.

Carol sheets will be available on the night, or you can download a digital copy using the QR code provided.

There will be a bucket collection in support of the Church Stretton Rotary Community Fund, with all proceeds going directly to local charities and voluntary groups. Please give generously if you can — contactless payments will also be available near the Bucks Head entrance to the Square.

We can’t wait to welcome you and share this special Christmas moment together. 🌟🎶

Can you help us help Santa!

Church Stretton Rotary, in partnership with the CO-OP, is delighted to run the Toy Bank once again this Christmas.
If you would like to help bring some festive joy to local children, please consider donating new or good-quality pre-loved toys. Donations can be dropped off at the collection point in the Church Stretton CO-OP.

If your family could use a little extra support this year, you are warmly invited to visit the Health & Wellbeing Centre on 10 December, between 10:00am and 12:00pm, where you’ll be able to choose from the toys generously donated by our community.

Together, let’s make this Christmas a little brighter for everyone.
