What an incredible achievement by our DofE Silver team! 🎉

At the weekend, our Silver team completed their assessed expedition in the beautiful and hilly Long Mynd.

The team fantastically navigated the terrain in an area they have not been before and enjoying the lovely weather. They showed amazing team work and resilience, along with continuous positive attitude throughout.

Well Done to these Young People.

Also a massive thank you to our volunteer leaders and assessors who support them during their training and the expeditions, making it possible.

This afternoon, we were delighted to welcome Garrison Sergeant Major Andrew ‘Vern’ Stokes OBE MVO DL to Long Mynd Adventure Camp.

During his visit, Vern officially opened our new accessible washroom, a fantastic addition that will help make our facilities even more accessible and inclusive for all our guests.

We are incredibly grateful for his support and for taking the time to join us for this special occasion. The new facility represents an important step in our ongoing commitment to ensuring that everyone can enjoy the opportunities and experiences that Long Mynd Adventure Camp has to offer.
