Mayfair Community Centre - Church Stretton Mayfair is a community and healthy living centre in Church Stretton, Shropshire.

We aim to improve the quality of life for people living in the Strettons and surrounding areas, providing a wide range of services, including Ring & Ride transportation, day care and opportunities, cafés, a creche and a youth club. We put on arts and crafts, leisure and fitness activities, and offer access to complementary health, listening services, befriending support and a social prescribing pr

oject to support independence. With the help of more than 200 volunteers, we take a leading role in the development of a strong, thriving and supportive community.

It's Volunteer's Week. Our amazing volunteers are the backbone of Mayfair - we simply couldn't exist without them. Last night we held a party, as we do each year during this week, to celebrate our volunteers and the huge contribution they make. THANK YOU to each and every one of you. ⭐️🤩⭐️🤩

The Health and Wellbeing Centre flower beds look stunning at the moment 🤩. Thank you to our wonderful gardening volunteers who keep them looking so lovely. Pop into our HWC Coffee Shop this week for the usual delicious drinks, snacks and cakes as well as our special for the week - Caramelised onion and cheese quiche with salad. 😋🧅🧀😋

We're also delighted to be hosting Hope House & Tŷ Gobaith Pop-up Charity Shop for the next couple of weeks while they have a refurb. Pop into the community room and browse the fantastic items they have for sale.
