Hi Everyone,
Happy New Year to all our friends and supporters! As is so often true, much is happening in our bid to repair and reopen St George and St Mary's Church in Church Gresley that is not visible to the public. Our latest Newsletter gives some updates on what members of the Friends Group have been up to. We hope to have even more positive news in the next couple of months.

Many thanks to everyone who supported our Christmas Fayre today. It was lovely to see you and also to hear about some of your family links and memories connected to St George and St Mary's. A big thank you to all the awesome stallholders; what amazing talents and creativity were on display! Thank you too, to all the hardworking volunteers who enabled the event to take place.

URGENT REQUEST! As you know it is our Christmas Fayre on Saturday. We are having a Bric-a-brac stall and need your donations. Please bring small, saleable items in good condition to the Church Centre on Saturday morning before 10am. Or message us on Messenger or by email if you have items to collect. Next Saturday, Santa will arrive at 11am and be with us until lpm. No booking is needed to see him. £5.00 per child. The actual Fayre runs 10am until 2pm. Please come along and support our fundraising for the repair and reopening of Gresley Church. Please share.

Hi Everyone, here is our latest newsletter, Issue No 9! With breaking news of our successful Cream Tea which raised an amazing £578! Thank you to all who came to support us, and special thanks to our amazing team, who made posters, planned and prepared, baked scones and cup cakes, set up beforehand and helped to tidy up afterwards. It was a long day, but very worthwhile.
