Tonight the cubs have been making Halloween decorations to decorate the hall ready for our Halloween bingo on Friday! They’ve been practicing their scare faces ready for trick or treating next week. I wouldn’t want to open the door on this scary bunch!

🚑 Emergency Aid with Rocky! 🚑

Tonight our Cubs had a very busy and hands-on evening learning all about emergency aid with Rocky! 👏

We started with some theory before getting to grips with a defibrillator and learning how to perform CPR to the beat of ‘Stayin’ Alive’ 🎶❤️

The Cubs also learned how to put someone into the recovery position, how to apply a bandage, and how to put an arm into a sling.

Lots of new skills, plenty of practical learning, and hopefully some knowledge they’ll remember if they ever need it. 💚

🎃🍫 CAN YOU HELP BUCKSHAW ROF SCOUTS? 🍫🎃

We’re holding a Chocolate Bingo Fundraiser on Friday 23rd October and we’re looking for raffle & bingo prize donations! 🎟️🎁

We’d love to hear from local businesses, parents and residents who might be able to donate a gift, voucher, experience, service or new/unwanted item that could make a great prize.

💙 Every donation, big or small, will help us raise much-needed funds for equipment and essential improvements to our Scout hut, including a new shutter door.

🤝 Local businesses: We’ll happily give you a shout-out on the night and on our social media as a thank you!

📞 Can you help? Please contact Sue on [email protected]. We can arrange collection.

Thank you for supporting our local Scouts and helping us give young people amazing opportunities! 💚

🎃 Please share this post to help us spread the word! 🎃
