Your session, your choice 💜

When you join us for a session, you can choose your lighting, your music, and what you do. We offer a range of equipment and sensory options so you can shape the experience in a way that’s right for you.

Chris loves to come in and relax on the sensory chair with calming lighting while listening to ‘I’ve Had the Time of My Life’ and ‘Dancing Queen’ - some of his favourite songs. He loves that this makes his session feel personalised just for him ✨

Some of the incredible people supported by Best Lives Day Services visited our Interactive Room today for a trial session 💜

They had a fantastic time bouncing on the trampoline, exploring the fidget board, and “swimming” with the turtles on the interactive projector screen 🐢

Chris told us one of his favourite parts of the Relaxation Room is the relaxation chair 💜

The chair offers a full-body massage to help ease tension, and paired with gentle sounds and calming visuals, it helps create a peaceful environment to reset. Chris says it’s one of the main reasons he enjoys coming back every Thursday ✨
