Community Veterans Events Team CIC We set up to raise funds and put together events so that those we lost through wars and conflicts will always be remembered.

We are a non profit community group based in the Chorley and Coppull area, made up of ex forces and civilians .We put on events, church services and activities.All money raised at our events goes towards putting further community based events on. We are a non profit community group based in the Chorley and Coppull area, made up of kind hearted individuals who are all either ex forces or have had f

amily who served in the forces. The money we raise will go to putting more events on such as
- Day trips,
- Community meals (Fish and Chip Suppers),
- Short breaks,
- Military events,
- Help and Support for Veterans and their familes. Money may also be shared amongst various military charities.

📢 🙂We have a great fundraising night coming up with all proceeds going to Royal British Legion Coppull branch funds. We As a Branch would Love to see as many Members of the Branch and members of the Community as possible.

⏰️TIME: 7:30PM TILL LATE

💰PRICE:£10 A TIcket includes food voucher for the 🥔🚚😋 Hub that will be on the carpark.

We also have back by Demand Mr Paul Naylor AKA the Amazing and Funny Mr Fizzeek. Singing and keeping us entertained with his amazing comedy act.🕺🤣🎤
There will also be a Raffle on the Night if you would like to Bring a contribution to the Raffle Prizes that would be greatfully received.

Today we mark VE Day and remember the courage, sacrifice, and resilience of the generation who secured victory in Europe 81 years ago.

We owe an enduring debt to all those who served - on the front lines, on the home front, and in every community across our country. Their bravery defended our freedoms and shaped the Britain we know today.

As we honour their legacy, may we never forget the cost of peace or the duty we share to preserve it for future generations.

Lest we forget.

So sorry for how quiet this page has been this year and we just wanted to let you know what’s been going on. So some of you know the Royal British Legion Coppull Branch has been formed again and we have been supporting them with community fundraisers, However that doesn’t mean we have disappeared it just means we are helping another group in the community all for the same reason. We will be doing more events next year and we will keep you posted as we have some exciting plans.

That being said The Royal British Legion Coppull Branch have a fantastic fundraising event coming up. If you attended our events you will know the fantastic René aka Mr Fizzeek all too well a lot of you have asked for his return so do not miss this comedy/singing show it will be full off laughter and mischief so get your tickets now so you don’t miss out.

We will keep you all updated 😊

19 year's ago today the RAMC lost two fine soldiers in Iraq, RIP Kris O'Neill and Eleanor (DZ) Dlugosz, IAF.
