Thank you so much to The Proper Pizza Co who brought their pizza trailer to our front door and gave free pizza to our service users today. They served 14 pizzas and 8 garlic breads -- everyone said they were amazingly fresh and tasty!

A massive thank you to Paul at HAGS UK - a playpark manufacturer who have been working on a local playground contract. As part of their social value commitment, they spent £500 on food and items for our Community Cafe!

While buying these items, Chorley Tesco Extra added another £30 to their donation! Thank you so much. 👏👍👍

Coming up on the 10th September is World Su***de Prevention Day. The purpose of this day is to raise awareness around the globe that su***de can be prevented. As The Samaritans say: You can interrupt someone’s suicidal thoughts -- you could save a life. If you think someone might be suicidal, take action, interrupt their thoughts and show them you care.

Every year, on 10 September, organisations around the world get together to raise awareness about su***de prevention.
