🥳🎉 A massive CONGRATULATIONS to our 3 lucky winners of the £50 volunteer vouchers, kindly donated by Bull’s Head and Due Amici! 💚👏👏👏
But honestly… to us, every single one of our incredible volunteers is a WINNER! 🏆✨
From the run-up, through the big day, and even after the event, your energy, smiles, and hard work made it all possible. We couldn’t have done it without you! 💪💚

👨‍🎨 You take 70 volunteers, 11 sponsors, 450 children and 20 craft stalls. Stir it all together and what do you get? A whole lot of fun and £7,200 raised for the Chislehurst Commons 🌳

Yes, you read that right — we raised £7,200 for the upkeep of our beloved Commons. Chislehurst wouldn't be Chislehurst without its 180 acres of woods, grassland, heathland, and ponds. Thanks to everyone involved, we’ve now raised vital funds to keep this beautiful space thriving.

Well done, everyone 💚

What an amazing day we had yesterday!

The weather held out and 450 children and their families got into the spirit and created some magical arts and crafts 🎨👨‍🎨

We have been bowled over by the generosity of the Chislehurst community. Over 60 people volunteered to make this a true Chislehurst event. They ran stalls, baked cakes, put up over 20 gazebos, and fetched, set up, and returned hundreds of tables and chairs. They helped with the setup and took it all down again in the evening. Thank you all! 🙌

A huge thank you also goes to the committee: Joanna, Jonathon, Madeline, Bob, John, Mary, Christine, Helen and Pia, who spent the past year planning and organising this event.

And to John Hemming-Clark, Arden, Judy Gant, Jolanta, Andre, Chislehurst Artists, Carmel, Vici, Rachel Curley, Libby, and Anne Scobie ,thank you for running your amazing stalls.

We’re so grateful to our wonderful sponsors, who believed in us, shared our vision, and backed us from day one.

We hope you all enjoyed it and had as much fun as we did. We’ll now take a well-deserved break, but we’ll be back in 2027 with new and exciting crafts!
