This week is national volunteers' week. We are also celebrating our 10th year of supporting our community this summer - we could not do without our wonderful volunteers.

Our volunteer drivers have kept our daily timetable since we started, driving many extra runs for our schools and community groups (and quite a few weddings!) They have built friendships with many of our passengers.

Our Trustees and committee members, who expertly handle our accounts, timetables and ticket machines, fundraising, public relations and maintenance of our buses are all volunteers too.

"Recruiting now: Volunteer Drivers. Join our friendly team and make a difference! Help us celebrate our 10th anniversary of supporting Middle Barton. We operate a daily timetable and work with local schools and community groups. If you passed your driving test before 1997, you should have a D1 entitlement on your licence. This means you can drive our electric and diesel buses. We provide training, insurance and work with your availability.
