CARETAKER WANTED – FINSTOCK VILLAGE HALL

Finstock Village Hall is seeking a reliable and community-minded Caretaker to join the team from August 2026.

5 hours per week, with flexible working hours to fit around hall bookings and the successful applicant. Additional occasional hours may also be available.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supervision of the premises
- Fire alarm and system checks
- Basic maintenance
- Organising tradespeople to carry out work

We are looking for someone who is:

- Self-reliant and energetic
- Organised and able to prioritise tasks
- Community-focused

Essential requirements:

Access to a computer/internet, email, and computer skills whilst also being able to manage small manual tasks.

The role includes paid holidays and strong support from the Trustees.

Tomorow from 6pm onwards we have Sids ice cream van come for our Village hall social. So drop by and cools off with lovely ice cream and a cold drink. See you all there.
