Last week we headed to Halnaker Windmill and joined up with Chichester & District Archaeology Society to carry out some resistivity work on site. A lovely sunny day and fun was had by all.

Last Saturday we ventured down to Bosham, where King Canute held his manor in Saxon Times. Harold Godwinson had a manor there and William the Conqueror retained the lands for himself. From raised doorways and fire marks to the Saxon church which is the highlight.
