We’re delighted to introduce Lisa Dickinson Brown from Enlighten Within Yoga and Pilates, who will be joining us for our upcoming Beyond the Girls Chat Retreat! 🧘‍♀️🌸

Lisa will be guiding us through our Yoga and Meditation sessions, creating space for us to slow down, reconnect with ourselves and nurture our mind, body and soul. 🤍

It’s time to announce our next Beyond the Girls’ Chat Book Club read! 🥰

Our next book is Bridgerton: The Duke and I by Julia Quinn, and we’ll be meeting on Thursday 19th November at 8pm.

We’re asking everyone to have read the whole book by our next meeting, ready for an evening of sharing thoughts, discussing our favourite moments and enjoying some lovely conversation together! 💕

Hello lovelies🐾

Unfortunately, I’m going to have to take a rain check on our cooking workshop this week, as my dog is very poorly. My priority right now is making sure he’s okay and giving him the care and attention he needs to recover❤️‍🩹

I’m hoping to still go ahead with the workshop later this week, once he’s feeling a little better, and I’ll keep you all updated.

Thank you so much for your patience, kindness and understanding, especially as a couple of things have had to be rescheduled recently. I really do appreciate everyone who continues to show their support and bear with me. 🫶🏼
