๐‘ป๐’‚๐’‘๐’•๐’๐’ ๐‘ฏ๐’๐’–๐’”๐’† ๐Ÿก๐Ÿ™Œ

The Tuesday Walk Group took advantage of the great weather today and had a bracing walk around Tapton Park. We soaked up the history of Tapton House, which was the residence of George Stephenson (1938 to 1948), and enjoyed the grounds and gardens. ๐ŸŒฟ

Great views of Chesterfield and surrounding areas. We're already looking forward to visiting again in the coming months, as the temperature hopefully warms up. ๐Ÿ’•

A 20 minute walk back to base at Newland Dale, along the canal, for chicken and mushroom pie followed by bakewell muffins and custard. Thumbs up from the group! โค๏ธ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ„
