Chesterfield Town WI

Chesterfield Town WI CTWI meets on the first Tuesday of the month (except Jan) at Chesterfield College We're run by members for members and everyone can get involved.

Each Women's Institute (WI) across England, Wales and the Islands belongs to the same National Federation, but each WI is unique. Here in Chesterfield we are a very mixed group and cater for different ages and interests – including many who would sooner have a wine or chocolate tasting evening, but also enjoy the occasional tea and cake!

Hey CTWI crew!

Get ready to sleigh your holiday decor! Our final meeting of the year is going to be all about getting festive as we make our own fabulous Christmas table decorations!

Time to raid your garden (or the craft store)! Please bring along some lovely greenery and anything else you want to use to jazz up your centerpieces with some serious festive cheer. Think shiny berries, gorgeous ribbons, fun ornaments, and maybe even a candle or two!

We'll be crafting while jamming out to some classic Christmas tunes.

The Chesterfield Town WI would like to wish everyone a warm and woolly Christmas!

We invite you to view our handcrafted decorations at the Crooked Spire Christmas Tree Festival. All of our decorations were lovingly made by our members using recycled wool and felt.

Our tree and many others are currently on display at the Parish Church of St Mary and All Saints and will remain there for the next couple of weeks. We had a sneak peek while setting up our tree yesterday, and the entire selection is truly amazing. I promise you are in for a wonderful treat!
