Welcome to the Derbyshire Community Hubs Network page! The network welcomes all spaces across the city & county which openly welcome people to gather for company, friendship and purpose in life. These can be indoors/outdoors, cafes, churches, gardens etc. We support each other with inspiration, learning, training and other shoulders to lean on when the going gets tough. The network is funded by NHS Charities Together and is facilitated (but not controlled) by Monkey Park Community Hub in Chesterfield. Please do let other hubs know about the network, since we are stronger together!
