🍽️ The Community Roast: much more than a meal 💛
Chesterfield Together grew from The Chesterfield Community Roast and a simple idea: sharing a meal can bring people closer.
The Roast remains at the heart of what we do. Our new name gives us room to develop more ways for local people to meet, volunteer and support one another.
We are volunteer-led, with a warm welcome for everyone. Whether you come with a friend or on your own, you’re welcome around our table.
📅 Second Sunday of every month
🕛 12 noon to 2pm
📍 Current venue: Whittington Moor Methodist Church
💛 Donations are optional. Nobody is excluded because they cannot donate.
Want to come along, volunteer or offer practical help? Message this page or email [email protected].

A new name. The same warm welcome. 💛
The Chesterfield Community Roast is becoming Chesterfield Together!
What began around a shared table has grown into a community of neighbours, friends and volunteers. Our new name reflects that story and gives us room to develop more ways to bring local people together.
The Community Roast continues, remaining at the heart of what we do. 🍽️
We’re also delighted to launch our new website! Explore our story, find out about the Roast and discover ways to get involved:

Thank you to everyone who has shared a meal, volunteered or helped make someone feel welcome. You’ve helped us reach this next chapter.
Please share this post and help spread the word.
One Community. Endless Potential.
