There is something super exciting we are working on in the background, that needs a few more pieces of the puzzle to fall into place before we fully announce what it is BUT it is going to be a huge step forward for women and girls...locally, nationally...maybe even globally 👀

I can't wait to share more with you in the next couple of months 🤍

I was sat in a cafe working last week and a group of men were discussing their achievements - both business and personal and they could not have spoken about themselves more highly...literally

You know what... GOOD FOR THEM

But why as women do we play our achievements down, underprice ourselves and doubt our ability? This lives in my head rent free - I think we are conditioned from such a young age to be 'nice' and it really doesn't serve us in adulthood

Talk to me about how great your lifes going, how well your business is doing, how much money your making, how heavy you lift in the gym...it's not bigheaded, it's a celebration 🤍

I’m a big believer that if you can think it, you can do it.
You wouldn’t have the vision, the pull, the dream if it wasn’t meant for you in some way.
But nothing changes if nothing changes.
You can’t keep repeating the same habits, the same mindset, the same routines and expect a different life to magically appear.
Growth asks something of you.
New levels require new decisions.
Sometimes the biggest shift isn’t talent or luck, it’s finally deciding to move differently.
The life you want is built in the choices you make daily. ✨

Raise Her exists for all women, regardless of age, race, religion or background.

We are only just getting started, but already we have:
• Supported 4 women into new employment
• Helped 3 women start setting up their own businesses
• Supported 3 women currently waiting for job interviews
• Helped 8 women develop their CVs and learn how to confidently transfer their skills into job applications
And this is only the beginning.
Our plans are huge, but our purpose is even bigger. 🤍

Is it selfish to be a mum who wants it all?
Because if we’re honest… that’s exactly how it’s made to feel.
You’re encouraged to have ambition, build something, create a life you love
But the second you become a mum, the tone shifts
Who’s looking after the kids?
Shouldn’t they come first?
Is it fair to want more?
Meanwhile, the reality looks like this:
There is no village for most women anymore
Childcare costs are through the roof
Employers still aren’t built with mothers in mind
Government support barely scratches the surface
And even other women can project judgement instead of support
So you’re left trying to do everything… alone
Be present
Be successful
Be healthy
Be calm
Be everything to everyone
And somehow not burn out in the process
That’s not “having it all”
That’s carrying it all
It’s not selfish to want a full life
It’s not selfish to want success alongside motherhood
But it is unrealistic to expect yourself to hold every piece without real support
The conversation shouldn’t be “can mums have it all?”
It should be: why are they expected to do it without the structures to support them?
Because most women don’t need less ambition
They need more support, better systems, and an actual village
And until that exists, “having it all” will keep feeling like failure… no matter how much you’re doing
What do you think — is it selfish, or is the system broken?

I kept hearing “niche down” and it never quite sat right with me.

Because most women don’t just need a better business strategy. They need solid foundations first.

For nearly all of us, that starts with mindset.
For a lot of us, it also means getting our health and energy in a good place.

What’s the point in building success if you’re too burnt out or unwell to enjoy it? And if you don't make time for wellness your body will force you to make time for illness

That’s why our 10 week programme doesn’t jump straight into business or career...
(Links in the bio to sign up 🔗)

We start with mindset, then build from there.

We cover nutrition, Pilates, holistic therapies and women’s health. Because if you don’t make time for your wellbeing, your body will eventually make that decision for you.

Then we move into finance.
Because if your money isn’t working, you stay stuck in the same cycle. And the truth is, most of us were never taught this properly.

So no, I didn’t niche down.
I built something that actually reflects how women live and grow. We’re layered. Our identity shifts over time. That’s not a weakness, it’s a strength.
And when women have more money, more autonomy and more control, everything changes. Not just for them, but for the people around them too - actual economists back me up on this
