Not every part of your business needs the biggest investment straight away. 🌱

Some things can grow with you.

🌰 Your website can become more advanced.
🌰 Your branding can evolve.
🌰 Your team can expand.
🌰 Your tools can change as the business needs more from them.

In the early stages, it can be more useful to put your time and money into the things that help you learn.

🌱 Who is your customer?
🌱 What do they want right now?
🌱 What are they willing to pay for?
🌱 What part of your offer is getting the strongest response?

Those answers can help you make better decisions about where to invest next.

At Black Founders Studio, we believe strong businesses start with strong foundations.

If you want other founders around you to share ideas with, learn from and talk through those business decisions as you grow, join the BFS community for free today. 💚

Follow Black Founders Studio CIC for business tips, lessons from other founders and community updates. 🌿

Your business might be able to help a lot of people.

Naturally, you want to reach as many of them as possible.

Getting clearer on your business starts with who needs this most right now?

The more you understand that person, the easier it becomes to make stronger decisions about what you’re building.

🌱 What should your offer include?
🌱 What should you talk about?
🌱 What would help them trust you?
🌱 What would make them choose your solution?

Knowing these can help the right people discover your business and think, “This feels like it was made for me.”

You can keep exploring these alongside other founders inside the Black Founders Studio community.

You can share what you’re learning about your customers, hear different perspectives, ask questions and learn from how other founders are approaching their own businesses. 💚

Want to get clearer on who you’re building for while having other founders around you to learn from?
