🔓 UNLOCKED: TEAMWORK

Different people. Different ideas. One team. 🤝

Sometimes, the best way to discover what you're capable of is to step outside your comfort zone, meet new people and learn how to work together.

For Cpl Ainsworth, STEM Camp was an opportunity to do exactly that.

💬 "On STEM Camp I got the opportunity to work with people I hadn't met before, and saw how different team dynamics can work together."

It's about bringing different strengths, ideas and personalities together, and discovering what you can achieve as a team.

That's Unlocking Potential 🔓

What could you unlock? 🫡

💚🇬🇧 National Cadets Week – Macclesfield Detachment! 👋

As we look back on National Cadets Week, we’re heading to Macclesfield Detachment, where our cadets welcomed Tim Roca MP for a visit last week!

It was a brilliant opportunity to chat, share experiences and show what being an Army Cadet is all about — building confidence, developing skills and discovering what you’re capable of! 🌟

A huge thank you to Tim Roca MP for taking the time to meet our cadets. It’s fantastic to see our young people sharing their stories and showing just how much being a cadet means to them! 🙌💚

💚 A HUGE THANK YOU, NESTON CIVIC SOCIETY! 💚

What a fantastic boost for our cadets! 🙌🎉

On Thursday, Neston Detachment was delighted to receive a generous £1,000 donation from Neston Civic Society to support our cadets.

This amazing contribution will help towards our cadet boot fund and provide new detachment T-shirts and sweatshirts! 🥾👕💚

Support like this makes a real difference, helping our cadets get kitted out, feel part of the team and make the most of their Army Cadet Force experience.

A massive THANK YOU to Neston Civic Society for supporting our cadets and investing in their future. Your generosity is hugely appreciated! 👏

🌿🔥 FIELDCRAFT, TEAMWORK & MEMORIES IN THE MAKING! 🔥🌿

Monday night was one to remember at Sandbach Detachment! 💚

Our cadets threw themselves into an amazing evening of Fieldcraft, bringing the teamwork, determination and enthusiasm we love to see! 💪

A huge well done to Cadet CSM Kilkenny, whose hard work, planning and effort helped make the evening such a success. 👏 Brilliant to see everyone getting stuck in, supporting each other and, most importantly, having fun along the way!

But there’s a little emotion behind the memories… 💚

With just ONE NIGHT TO GO, Thursday will be our final evening with our Cadet CSM. Let’s make it one to remember! 🌟

🔓 UNLOCKED: LEADERSHIP

Leadership isn't just about being in charge. It's about learning, growing and discovering the kind of leader you can become.

For SSgt P. Jacobs, the Leadership Cadre brought a lesson worth taking forward:

💬 "As a leader I've learnt to be above the line."

Every experience brings an opportunity to learn something new about yourself and how you lead others.

And that's what Unlocking Potential is all about, discovering what you're capable of and taking the next step.🫡

What could you unlock?

🔥 MISSION: TEAMWORK. TACTICS. ACTION! 🔥

Yesterday, our cadets were right in the action! 💥

Cadets and instructors from Knutsford, Wilmslow and Macclesfield headed to Battlefield Live Knutsford for a rugged outdoor operation packed with teamwork, tactical thinking and plenty of action! 💪🌳

🤝 Working together.
🎯 Putting tactics into practice.
🔥 Making memories and having an absolute blast!

The operation was a HUGE success, with everyone getting stuck in and having an amazing time!

And the best bit? 👀 This is one mission we’re looking to bring back next year!

💚 REAL VOICES, REAL CHANGE.

Today is World Mental Health Day, and this year's theme is "Lived Experiences Heard, Real Voices, Real Change."

Across Cheshire and The Isle of Man Army Cadet Force, we know that wellbeing matters. Every cadet and every adult volunteer deserves to feel heard, supported and valued. 💚

Thanks to everyone who took part in our fundraising, we've raised an incredible £562 for ACCT UK smashing our target by £62! 👏🎉 These vital funds will help support wider wellbeing provision for our cadets and CFAVs.

Today is a reminder that listening matters, every voice counts and together we can make a real difference.

💚 Let's keep talking about mental health, keep listening without judgement, and keep looking out for one another. Because sometimes, being heard can make all the difference.
