🚲 UPDATE! 🚲 We won’t be able to do bike repairs tomorrow, but the brilliant Bren Bikes are open if you have a bike in need of attention!

Broken toaster? Ripped shirt? Bring them along to Chester Repair Cafe and we’ll do our best to fix them for you!

We’re back on Saturday 23rd May at Hoole Community Centre and we’ll have repairers able to work on:
⭐️ Small Electricals (no microwaves)
⭐️ Bikes
⭐️ Clothes
⭐️ Teddies
⭐️ Computers/Windows 10 End of Life

So save your stuff from landfill, save yourself some money, and have some tea and cake while you do it 💚

Please note, it’s recommended that you only bring one item at a time to the Repair Café, because you will need to be with the repairer while the repair is being carried out.

If a specific part is needed, you may be required to purchase the part and bring it back to the Café (either during the session, or the next one).

Repairs are free of charge but donations towards running costs are appreciated 💚

We are delighted to announce that St. Thomas's Repair Cafe will officially be open on SATURDAY 9th MAY 🎉🎉

Expect to see some familiar faces from our regular Repair Cafe while we support St. Thomas of Canterbury Church, Chester UK to open their very own Repair Cafe.

Same time as usual 10.30 till 12.30 💚

Back in March we attended an event in the Houses of Parliament, organised by The Restart Project

Aside from spreading awareness generally and providing a support network for Repair Cafe's like ours, they are working hard to force action from politicians on the Repair movement so you can get your stuff fixed more easily and not always have to buy new.

Of course, like everything, this takes money. So, if you're able please give them a donation as until 29th April it'll be match-funded.
