Looking very swish even if we do say so ourselves... Can't be believe that in 5 weeks time the race will be done and dusted for another year!

With less than 5 weeks to go until raft race day, we've received the incredible '26 awards from Your Way 3D!

All custom made for the event, they're by far the swankiest awards we've ever given out - I hope you'll agree they look fantastic!!

But who's taking one home? Only way to find out is come and see for yourselves! Award ceremony starts at 2pm... race starts at 10! Don't miss it!

Brilliant time yesterday at the Chester Beer Festival! 🍻

We had a great time sampling the excellent range of beers on offer, catching up, and enjoying plenty of laughs with the lads.

This Saturday 6th June is our monthly 'No Pressure Pints'! We’ll be heading to the local beer festival at Chester Town Hall from 5pm onwards 🍻

It's a great opportunity to catch up, have a chat, and enjoy a few drinks in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. If you fancy joining us, or know a guy aged 18-45 who could benefit from getting out and meeting a few new mates, get in touch!

This national volunteer week, we'd like to say a huge thank you to our members and everyone who's volunteered to support us do what we do in Chester, raising £30,000 for the community in 12 months.

- Hundreds of volunteers over the santa float season bringing the man in red to every area of the city

- Everyone who lends a hand at our raft race & family fun days

- Last but no means least, our members and prospects who give their free time every week to make our city a better place.

Thank you Mandy at Golly Farm Cottages for a fab donation to our upcoming raffle at Chester Raft Race.

Our members are already buying tickets to win this 😂 make sure you get yours, it looks like a lovely spot to stay!

Happy weekend rafters! After a flurry of very generous businesses our raffle keeps getting better and better for the 12th!!

Huge thank you to Golly Farm Cottages who donated an incredible 2 night stay at their lovely self catering studio.

The winner will be basking in the Welsh sunshine, relaxing and taking in the serenity of the farm while enjoying a welcome tray of homemade cake, bread and fresh eggs from the farm! OK, so we can't guarantee the first bit but the relaxation... Absolutely.

If you're travelling over to watch the race in July and want to stay at a home from home, this Golly Farm would be perfect.

Going to be a cracker of an event whatever the weather... but let's all pray for the sun! See you all there, 12th July!

After 3 rainy years, and less than 7 weeks to go until Chester Raft Race... let's all pray to the sun gods for weather on race day like we're getting now!!

With nearly 50 teams hard at work, building epic rafts destined for the Dee, we feel like they all deserve a bit of sunshine!

Don't miss it, 12th July, 10am start watch from the riverside then entertainment, food, drink, rides over the bridge on Chester Meadows (CH47BB)

Wow Tanners Wines - what an incredible donation to our summer event, the Chester Raft Race!

We are so appreciative by your support - thank you. Hope some of you guys can come down to watch the whole thing unfold on the day!!

Anyone need a crisp bottle of white in this weather... you know who to go and see!!

As if our award winners don't have enough to celebrate on race day.... well now it's been taken to another level!

Thanks to Tanners Wines, every award winner will no only get their trophy, but also a fantastic bottle of Cava to celebrate their success!

Loneliness is one of the biggest issues affecting young men today and nobody should have to deal with it alone. Whether it’s talking to a mate, getting out of the house, or joining a group like Round Table, connection matters 🤝

At Chester Round Table, we’re more than just social events. We’re a group of mates who look out for each other and support each other. Whether it’s chatting over a pint, getting involved in the community, or just having people around you who “get it”, sometimes connection can make a real difference.
