We’re delighted to be working with the Wellbeing Hub in Wrexham as part of the Access to Exercise and Wellbeing Project (A2MW) in North Wales to provide a live-streamed seated exercise session.

This friendly and accessible session takes place every two weeks on Wednesday morning and is designed for people with neurological conditions.

You’ll find a welcoming, supportive atmosphere where everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace - with no competition, no pressure, and no judgement. The only challenge here is the one you set yourself.

Our experienced instructors - Santi, Beth and Billie - understand the needs of people living with neurological conditions and are always on hand to help you maximise your potential safely and confidently.

Our state-of-the-art equipment is fully adapted or adaptable, meaning you can use the gym whatever your condition or level of mobility.
