Trusted Women

Trusted Women is a campaign by Cheshire West Voluntary Action to encourage more women to take up leadership roles within the voluntary sector. By leadership we mean running a community group, being a Trustee of a Charity, being Chief Executive of a charity, Director of a social enterprise or holding a senior position in a not-for-profit. You could also be someone leading a steering group or committee. Trusted Women is also for women who want to take up leadership roles but are held back for whatever reason. We hope that Trusted Women will give you the confidence and skills to overcome any barriers to becoming a leader.
