Acas provides free advice to help employees understand support at work, including their rights, responsibilities and guidance on neurodiversity and reasonable adjustments.

Reasonable adjustments could include things like clearer instructions, regular check ins, extra time to process information, quiet spaces, breaks or changes to how work is organised.

Great to meet with the Chancellor at No. 11 today with UNISON members and general secretary Andrea Egan.

Our union has been clear: staff who rely on their own cars for work have been unfairly out of pocket for years. Thanks to sustained campaigning from UNISON, that message has been heard and the mileage rate has been increased - providing much-needed, immediate support to frontline workers across public services.

But we know there’s more to do, and we’ll keep pushing.
