Starting soon! Stable Minds CIC in partnership with Chester FC Community Trust are breaking the stigma on men's mental health! Following on from their peer support groups, offering safe spaces for me to openly talk, they are launching Opening Up offering five men one to one therapeutic sessions with a trauma informed practitioner, completely free.

We were delighted to be able to support this important, empowering work and love the power in collaborative work.

We're delighted to share some brilliant news.

Stable Minds CIC has been awarded a grant by The Chester Bluecoat Charity to launch Opening Up, a new therapeutic programme for men in Chester, delivered in partnership with Chester FC Community Trust.

Chester FC Community Trust's peer support groups have spent over ten years giving men in Chester a safe place to talk. This funding lets us take that next step, offering five men one to one therapeutic sessions with a trauma informed practitioner, completely free.

Huge thanks to The Chester Bluecoat Charity for backing this work, and to Chester FC Community Trust for the ongoing partnership.

The Soul in a Bowl sessions by Soul Kitchen Chester offer those affected by homelessness the chance to thrive in cooking sessions. By increasing team working skills, confidence and skills, participants will then go onto volunteering and employment opportunities ❤️

We are delighted to share the impact of our £2,990 grant to Healthy Minds Matter CIC.

The funding supported a six-month wellbeing programme for nine carers, helping them develop practical coping strategies, improve their wellbeing, and connect with others who understand their experiences. The programme has created lasting positive change, which you can read about here:

We were pleased to award Soul Kitchen Chester a grant of £3,250 to support their Soul in a Bowl programme, which helps people who are homeless or recently homeless gain the skills and confidence to move towards volunteering and employment opportunities, creating meaningful, long-term changes in their lives.
