🎄✨ LOCAL CHRISTMAS MARKET – STALLHOLDERS WANTED! ✨🎄
Our community centre is slowly getting into the festive spirit and we’re planning a Christmas Market for the local community! 🎅🎁
Saturday 5th December 10am-2pm
Sellers will have 1 hour to set up their stalls 9am entry (sellers only)
We’re now looking for local businesses, makers, crafters and small businesses who would like to have a stall and showcase their products in the run-up to Christmas.
🎁 What we’re looking for:
• Handmade gifts & crafts
• Christmas decorations
• Candles & home fragrance
• Jewellery & accessories
• Baked goods & sweet treats
• Gifts for children
• Local businesses and unique Christmas gift ideas
• And anything else that would make a great Christmas present!
Artists & Artwork: We’d love to hear from local artists who create original artwork, paintings, prints, photography or other professional art pieces.
⭐ Please note: Please note that we are looking for original/finished artwork rather than casual drawings, fan art or copies of copyrighted characters. We want to keep the market interesting and varied for visitors, so we will not have multiple stalls selling the same type of products. For example, we may only accept one candle seller, one food seller (one sweet one savoury), one jewellery seller, etc. This means spaces will be limited and will be allocated on a first-come/most suitable basis.
☕ We’ll also have tea, coffee and soft drinks for sale in our bar, no alcohol will be served during this event, and we’re hoping to create a lovely festive atmosphere with Christmas decorations and seasonal music. 🎄
💷 Stall prices:
£10 per table
🎟️ Public entry : A small £2 entry fee per person to help support the community centre and cover the costs of running the event.
If you need to be by a power source, there will be an additional £2 charge for electricity. This must be booked when booking a table to guarantee a power source.
📍 LOCAL SELLERS ONLY
As this is a community event, we are particularly interested in supporting local businesses and sellers.
All sellers must have any relevant business/public liability insurance, licences, food hygiene certificates or other legal requirements applicable to what they are selling.
If unable to provide you will NOT be able to attend and no refund will be granted, so please make sure you meet all legal requirements.
INTERESTED IN HAVING A STALL?
Please send us an email to [email protected] with the following information:
• Your name/business name
• What you sell
• A little information about your business (and a few photos of the lovely products you create or sell. We’d love to see what you’ll be bringing along!)
• How many tables /space you would require (please note spaces are limited)
We’ll then get back to you with further details once everything is confirmed.
Let’s make this a lovely, festive day for our local community! 🎄❤️
Please share this post with any local makers, crafters or small businesses who might be interested!
We can also supply leaflets 😊
