Celebrating our very own Aiyla 🧡 💚
Congratulations on being ParkPlayer of the month! Flying the flag for Chesham for your kindness, helpfulness and just being a joy to be around every week! We are very proud of you.

Celebrating two brilliant members of our ParkPlay community 🌟

Huge congratulations to Nenagh from Harwich ParkPlay, our Decathlon Volunteer of the Month, and Aiyla from Windsor Road ParkPlay, our ParkPlayer of the Month.

Both have been nominated for the energy, kindness and commitment they bring to their communities, helping make the weekend more welcoming, active and fun for everyone.

Harwich PlayDirector Ellesha praised Nenagh for her dedication, energy and brilliant ideas:

“Nenagh is always up for a challenge, brings new ideas, interacts with the community and plans great activities and games for all ages.”

While PlayDirector Katy noted Aiyla for her kindness, confidence and amazing sportswomanship:

“She turns up rain or shine, has a go at absolutely every game, helps set up and pack away, and always makes new ParkPlayers feel welcome. Our ParkPlay wouldn’t be the same without her.”

We are back again at Lowndes Park this Sunday! 11am with lots of fun in the sun.
All welcome! Come and play!

We’ll be playing a game from Mexico as part of our World Games to help celebrate the World Cup … and we have some exciting news about how to get free Milestone t-shirts or wristbands in the next few weeks… so come along to find out more!

💚 We can offer volunteering opportunities, ParkPlay is a registered charity so is a valuable asset to your CV, learn leadership skills or support skills with helping Playleaders out, training is free and there’s a whole team of friendly and enthusiastic support behind the scenes but most of all… it’s doing something great in your local area 🤗

Volunteers don’t need to commit to every week, there’s no pressure and they can be general helpers or train to be a full PlayLeader. It’s a fantastic opportunity 🥳

Windsor Road ParkPlay is going on tour! 🚌 ☀️

We will be at Lowndes Park every Sunday in July.

11am start, we won’t be too far up from the pedestrian entrance near the toilets - just look for the flag! 🙌🏻

Jason and Liam will be running lots of fun games and we will be trying out another World Game to help celebrate the World Cup 🏆

Bring water, sun cream and hats and any friends and neighbours you can scoop up along the way. The more the merrier!

Parkplay is free! It’s fun! And you don’t need to be ‘sporty’ to join in - it’s friendly and relaxed and it’s for EVERYONE in the community regardless of age or fitness level - you play your way.

What a great weekend! Thank you to everyone who visited us at Chesham Carnival yesterday - was such a fun day!
We had so much joy this morning at our Parkplay session at Windsor Road too.
Definately a weekend full of sunshine, friendship and fun.
We are celebrating the World Cup with our World Games at Parkplay, each week we will be playing a game from a different country - this week we adapted Capture the Flag from Canada 🇨🇦
