🎬 A big thank you to , who plays Jean Slater in EastEnders! 💜

Gillian kindly helped us get a signed EastEnders script, which we raffled off to raise funds for Theatre Shed.

And here’s our very lucky winner! 🎉 We’re so pleased the script has gone to a big Jean fan!

Our winner shared these lovely words:

“I really hope the donations raised in the fundraiser can go a long way and help many young people fuel their passions in theatre. I work in my local theatre, so I really resonate with your mission and it’s so lovely to see young people thriving and finding their voice and securing roles. So thank you for all that you do. I am a huge Jean fan also and had the privilege to meet her a few years ago!”

Thank you so much to everyone who took part and helped us raise funds for Shed! 💜

What a brilliant time we had at Peace In The Park on Saturday!

Our volunteers ran a Theatre Shed stall, chatting to local people about the work we do, while some of our members performed a migration piece they have been developing with Chesham Museum.

We’re also incredibly pleased to be Mayor Parveiz Aslam Mbe chosen charity this year! A huge thank you for choosing Theatre Shed and for working so hard to help us raise funds towards a Theatre Shed van 💜

A bus would make such a huge difference to the work we can do in our local community, helping us reach even more people and take Theatre Shed to more places.

Thank you, Parveiz, for your amazing support! And thank you to everyone who came along, volunteered, performed and supported us at Peace in the Park. 💜💙

We’re delighted to be performing at Peace in the Park this Saturday 19th September! 💜

Come and support our members as they perform a piece exploring migration, from 12.35pm–1.05pm at Lowndes Park, Chesham.

We’ll also have a stall, so come along, have a go on the tombola and say hello to our lovely volunteers!

We’d love to see you there! 😊
